Fail again

Well, Blog-A-Day didn't go far. Life got in the way, with the death of DzaDza at 99 years and 9 months, just short of his 100-year goal.

On our way back to the house in Florida we stopped in Georgia to visit my brother and his family. I just can't miss seeing my little grand-niece in person. My sister-in-law has a family dinner while we are there and I love catching up with them all.

We spent the month of November in Florida and then drove back to Michigan for the holidays with our kids and grandkids.
On our way back to the house in Florida we stopped in Georgia to visit my brother and his family. I just can't miss seeing my little grand-niece in person. My sister-in-law has a family dinner while we are there and I love catching up with them all.

Meanwhile, back in Michigan, the granddaughters were keeping in touch and trying to keep warm.

This winter the grands and their parents utilized a 5-day winter break from school by escaping the Michigan winter and flying down to enjoy our weather.

In Florida we often find ourselves having lunch with friends from Michigan, or Internet friends we would not see if not for being in Florida.

Now we are waiting for several weeks of family visits and then home!
