A Snowbird in Paradise

Shortly after our visit with friends in the last post we started a surprise project.  I had long wanted to do something with our laundry room at the FL house.  There was an old broken desk, an old kitchen table, and an outdoor type Rubbermade cabinet.  I wanted some cabinets in there...someday.


 Then we ran into a sale at the home store and grabbed two unpainted cabinets.

Of course it wasn't all that easy.  The cabinets took several coats of paint to look right and the walls of the laundryroom just soaked up the paint I tried to use.  Finally, a handiman we know chose the right paint and put the last coat on the walls.  Meanwhile, out in the garage, He painted and painted.
