A Home for Jenny

| This pretty gourd birdhouse was a Christmas gift from one of my daughters. My granddaughters have been asking me to hang it outside and I did TRY to put it in the Black Hills Spruce in the back but I needed some kind of hook. So, I hung it on a hook on the porch until I could find the appropriate fastener. Little did I think it would be so attractive to birds in that place. Today I noticed a wee Jenny Wren popping in and out with twigs and grass. She stopped on the hook several times to sing the prettiest song This is SO close; right outside my door-wall. Just when I think there can't be anything new for me to see in my yard... |

Could be the perfect spot. You may not need to look for any other place to hang that pretty bird house.
